Response times
Corrections with a source are handled within one business day. Tips are reviewed daily. General questions may take up to three days. We cannot reply to every message, but every one is read. Specific notes with page URLs and evidence jump the queue.
Before you write
Check the relevant article first, because many questions are already answered there. Include the page URL for corrections, the date and location for news tips, and any documents that help us verify. Photos are useful when they include time and place information. We do not pay for interviews or accept conditions that limit what we can report.
Press and organisations
Send availability windows and delivery terms, not embargo threats. We publish when verification finishes, not when a press office prefers. Partnership and licensing requests go to the same email with LICENSING in the subject line.
If something does not add up, tell us. That is how the reporting gets better.
